"Box showed up just like I expected"
I kind of figured the packaging would be solid, and it pretty much confirmed that for me when it arrived. The box was neat, no dents or damage, and everything inside looked perfectly fine

There was a really good range to choose from, more than I expected. I found what I needed quickly too, which was nice because I was half rushing around with a coffee in one hand. Easy enough and no hassle.

"Decent site, but could be smoother"
I did end up finding what I needed, so that’s a plus. But was the site a little clunky to get around? Definitely. Some pages felt slow, and the menus weren’t always the easiest to figure out. Checkout was straightforward though, which I appreciated. Overall, not a bad experience, just could use a bit of tidying up.

I’ve been using this kit every day for months now, and to be fair, it’s still holding up well. It still feels solid and hasn’t started falling apart, which is more than I can say for a lot of stuff these days

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order from Physical Company, so I got in touch with their customer service team. It wasn’t anything major, but I still wanted it sorted properly.
They replied quickly and dealt with it without making it complicated. The person I spoke to was friendly, and what I really appreciated was that they’d clearly read my original message properly, right down to the little detail I’d mentioned about the order.

It was all fixed quickly, and the whole thing felt straightforward from start to finish. I was happy with how they handled it and would definitely use them again...
