Prompt and as ordered. What more could I want. (Actually, what I would like is an option to not have delivery by courier, due to the climate costs.. if you could offer a 'no rush' option for Royal Mail, I would usually prefer that.)

Wife very happy with product (10kg blue dumbbell weights x2) . Delivered as promised using £14.99 express delivery (if you do same and start receiving UPS delivery messages, DELETE! It's scam emails as this company uses FedEx, so maybe they have a 'leaky' rogue staffer or it was an unfortunate coincidence). Either way, I think they are looking into that and the sale and delivery otherwise honourable and as promised.
